Challenges

The need to implement generative AI solutions was born out of a challenge experienced firsthand by an immigration lawyer. It included spending hours upon hours writing visa applications and renewals for every single case. With no templates to follow and each applicant presenting different circumstances, producing compliant legal documents became a time-consuming, repetitive chore.

For small law firms, limited personnel and tight deadlines frequently result in burnout or lost opportunities. They were unable to scale their client base because of manual processes and a lack of automation. The solution was obvious: minimize time spent on repetitive drafting, enhance accuracy, and make legal services scalable—even with limited resources.

  • This interaction allows fast iteration and ensures that attorney oversight remains central to the process.

AI-driven visa strategy recommendations

  • Trained the AI model using historical immigration cases and legal codes.
